Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.

Who can stay:
Checked-in Guests only (1, 2 or 3 Guests / room, as booked)
No Guests below the age of 16
No pets
*If you are making a 3. party Booking, we need a copy of your valid ID with picture and the 3. party Guest will need to sign, at check-in, that they have read and will follow our House Rules.
Be aware that you as the booking party, is responsible for that the 3. party Guest have read and accepts our House Rules and for any damage caused by the Guest. (A depositum might apply)

What’s allowed:
Check-in: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Check-out before 12:00 PM (noon)
No parties or events
No smoking

For Check-in…
★ One copy of a valid ID with photo (all Guests) is needed, at check-in. Copying is done on-site.

For general safety reasons…
★ NO Cooking or any other form of meal preparation in rooms
★ NO Washing, drying and ironing clothing garments in rooms
★ NO smoking in rooms (Do it outside and with respect of other Guests)
★ Do NOT leave any electrical devices on while leaving the room (except from phone or laptop charger in the intended outlet.)
★ DON’T drink tap water (There is free Purified Water available)

For the safety of all our Guests and their belongings…
★ We DON’T allow visitors, only checked-in Guests on our property
★ NO dogs or other pets are allowed

For the sake of peace…
★ No minor Guests is allowed.
★ Please respect our silent hours from 11pm to 5am.
★ For Guests working Online at nighttime…please respect other Guests sleeping

Other charges…
★ Damages or losses on any items, owned by House of Java, will be charged accordingly.
★ Its possible to extend your stay “by hours” if e.g. you have a late flight. – Extension cost P50,-/hour
